How Respeno Homes works

For buyers

Every home here was photographed by a professional Respeno studio. When you ask about a home for sale or for rent, your message goes to that home's listing agent and nobody else. We do not sell your details, pass them to other agents, or charge anyone to appear higher in your results. Results are ordered by what you choose: newest, or by price.

Photos that were digitally edited carry a label under the Verified Image Disclosure Protocol (VIDP), and each listing links to the record of what was changed.

For listing agents and brokers

A listing appears when its agent turns Respeno Homes on and its photos are professionally licensed for internet sites. The agent can hide any single listing, and a broker can turn it off for the whole office. A listing whose status has not changed or been confirmed in 45 days is hidden until the agent confirms it. Changes take effect within minutes.

Fair housing

Respeno Homes supports equal housing opportunity. Search filters describe homes, never people or neighborhoods' residents.
